ORDER POLICIES

  • To process your order please ask for the W format.
  • All orders are in US DOLLARS
  • All orders are subject to availability of stock.
  • The minimum order request is 30 sets per Brand.
  • All orders must be paid before shipment.
  • By confirming your order, please let us know delivery instructions as special requirements for the invoice, certificates of origin and any preferred shipping company.

CREDIT AND PAYMENT TERMS

  • W Brand accepts WIRE TRANSFER, VISA, MASTERCARD, AND AMEX. ORDERS MUST BE PAID AS AGREED WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE SHIPPING DEADLINE. OTHERWISE,YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED AND REALLOCATED.
  • FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT, PLEASE AUTHORIZE THROUGH YOUR BANK AHEAD OF
    TIME AS ALL PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED FROM COLOMBIA.
  • W Brand IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BANKING FEES (INTERMEDIARY BANKS
    FEE) AND MUST RECEIVE THE EXACT AMOUNT AS SHOWN ON INVOICE.
  • W Brand IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES CHARGED ON CREDIT CARDS.

SHIPPINGAND FREIGHT

  • ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM MEDELLIN- COLOMBIA.
  • FREIGHT AND INSURANCE CHARGES ARE BILLED TO THE CLIENT.
  • Client is responsible for all taxes and and other processing fees related
    to nationalization in order to release the goods.
  • W BRAND’S PREFERRED CARRIER IS FEDEX. WE HAVE SPECIAL PRICES FOR OUR
    CUSTOMERS WITH THEM. HOWEVER, UPON REQUEST WE CAN SHIP BY UPS, DHL
    OR ANY SELECTED CARRIER USING YOUR OWN ACCOUNT.
  • ANY MERCHANDISE CLAIM MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN DAYS OF RECEIPT,
    NO EXCEPTIONS. YOU MUST PROVIDE A PICTURE OF ANY DAMAGED PACKAGES
    ALONG WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION.
